The certified court reporters working with LitiCourt are personable and accurate. Depending on the needs of your case, we will assign a reporter with the specialized experience for the proceeding.

Generally deposition reporters don’t report trials; and trial and motion reporters don’t report depositions. While we have some that have experience in both, generally we assign one of our reporters who specializes in the proceeding type. Whatever the proceeding; deposition, court trial, law and motion hearing, arbitration, public hearing, civic meeting or corporate meeting, we’ve got you covered.

If you use, or would like to try, interactive realtime transcription, our reporters can provide you a realtime feed – either to your laptop or we can provide a loaner laptop or tablet.

Realtime transcription can be provided to on-site participants or off-site attendees. Internet transcript streaming, exhibit viewing and party specific chat is stable and secure.

Our experienced reporters can quickly provide cleaned-up rough draft / rough ASCII transcripts; and of course daily and expedited transcript delivery is available.

Reporting Transcripts

LitiCourt provides transcripts with consistent formatting and deliverables regardless of where the proceeding takes place. Transcripts are also provided PDF and text/ASCII format - other formats are available on request.

Exhibits are scanned and optical character recognition (OCR) is performed so the exhibits you receive in PDF format can easily be searched. Exhibits are archived and through your secure password protected account, available to download online. Upon request exhibits can also be provided in TIFF format and can be linked in your choice of format.
